You will look at these within the business and people context in national and global contexts.

Students will develop knowledge in people issues, such as what is people management, performance, retention, as well as turnover, discrimination and other work-related issues where the key for professionals is fairness.  You will look at people's practices such as learning and development, performance reviews and performance-related pay.
